What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? “Sunshine” Club, in which members spread the sunshine, and sponsored events such as Summer Family Picnic, May Breakfast, Heritage and Professional Day events, Walk United and more.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? We are passionate about each other and our mission. We may all have slightly different why’s, but we make waves together.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We have a wellness room, which can be used to step away and take a moment of respite. It is equipped with a massage chair, as well as space for yoga mats or stretching.
What role does diversity, equity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? Justice, equality, diversity and inclusion work is centered in everything we do. From ensuring diverse and inclusive pools in hiring processes, to looking at the diversity of our staff, we are active in the work every day.
