What support programs has your company offered employees to help cope with the COVID-19 pandemic? We provided technology stipends to help above and beyond our team’s hardware and software needs. We established a shortened workday on Fridays and offered additional time off to help teammates catch up on family needs or just take a breather from the stresses of the work week.

Many of our teammates attend our annual volunteer events with their families. #TeamUnited is also encouraged to support our nonprofit sector, with colleagues serving on the boards of Millennial Rhode Island, Amos House, City Year and Leadership Rhode Island.
What was a new employee benefit or initiative in the past 12 months? The one we are most proud of is the creation of our Culture, Strengths and Equity Committee. This group has been charged with leading our organizational culture – one that is focused on these attributes, as well as an assessment of our practices and policies to ensure they are equitable.
