What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? Our Activities Committee plans numerous events throughout the year for both in-office and after-hours fun. Monthly lunches centered around celebrating employee birthdays and work anniversaries. Our annual holiday party is hosted at a local venue where we pay for employees and their guest, dinner, entertainment, etc. The Rhode Runner Award is a monthly peer-voted award, not open to management, for exceptional team players throughout the month. Five Star Award is given to a support team member based on an exceptional customer service survey response.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace?
