How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? We provide better leadership and organizational tools to prioritize what is truly important. We also hold regular one-on-ones with managers and leadership to listen and work together. Plus, we offer flexible work arrangements.
What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We hold monthly lunches centered around celebrating employee birthdays and work anniversaries. We do either catered or summer barbecues. We also hold team and company social events to stay connected.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? We are client-outcome focused. We work together to support each other. Collaboration, team growth, ownership and caring for the client drive our culture.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? We prefer to develop our talent and promote from within where applicable but also pursue outside staff additions where needed.
