Washington Trust finances retail center

WESTERLY – The Washington Trust Co.’s commercial real estate group recently provided $10.5 million in financing to Linear Retail Properties of Warwick to refinance its 73,000-square-foot building at 1000 Bald Hill Road, Warwick.
Tenants of the property, called Warwick Market Place, includes Trade Joe’s grocery store and Panera Bread.
Linear Retail Properties is managed by William J. Beckeman, president and CEO.
“Linear Retail has a prime location in the retail market for their property,” said John C. Warren, Washington Trust chairman and CEO. “We are pleased to have them join the bank’s ever expanding customer base.”
