Washington Trust sets 20¢ 2Q dividend

WESTERLY – The board of directors of Washington Trust Bancorp Inc. (Nasdaq Global Market: WASH), parent of The Washington Trust Co., today declared a quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share for the period ending June 30.
The dividend will be payable July 12 to shareholders of record as of July 2.
