WARREN – A waterfront property in the Touisset area of Warren has sold for $1.6 million, according to Lila Delman Real Estate International. The sale is the highest sale price in Warren since April 5, 2012.
The property is a two-home compound, on 2.35 acres that includes 500 feet of water frontage, located at 18-20 Stonegate Road.
The 5000-square-foot main house has five bedrooms and four baths, and is a renovation of a classic 1920’s era single-and-stone style home. The house features a beach stone fireplace and a cook’s kitchen.
The second house on the property is a carriage house for guests that includes a small kitchen, a sun terrace, a sleeping loft, and one and a half baths.
