Billed as state-of-the-art, the structure has geothermal wells for heating and cooling, and solar panels on the roof to heat water. Forty ninth- and 10th-grade boys have moved in – the residence hall also has faculty housing for four families.

Taco, which manufactures high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, is a third-generation family business, which turns 100 in 2020.

It also has a location in Fall River, as well as facilities around the globe.
