BRISTOL — A newly renovated house at 39 Harrison St. on a half-acre lot overlooking Mount Hope Bay sold in late May for $1.1 million, the highest residential price in Bristol of the year, according to a news release from Lila Delman Real Estate International, which represented the buyer.

The Cape Cod-style waterfront property includes a deep-water dock on the south end of Swifts Point.

The house includes two bedrooms, three bathrooms and has 2,411 square feet of interior living space.

The sale was reported on May 24.
