WESTERLY – A property at 11 Winona Ave. in Westerly has sold for $2.5 million, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, who represented both the buyers and sellers.

According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the sale is one of the top ten transactions recorded so far this year in Westerly.

Built in 1906, the two-story, 1,418 square foot house is located in the Weekapaug district of Westerly. It was most recently appraised at $1.9 million and features four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
