Concerns related to sleep and how best to deal with child anxiety are issues that most parents struggle with at one time or another. Given that sleep is an integral component of health and wellness, this talk will review common sleep and anxiety issues in children, discuss various mainstream and empirically-supported strategies for dealing with sleep issues, and provide recommendations for helpful community resources. The presenter is Sue K. Adams, Ph.D., Assistant Professor from the University of Rhode Island.
