Warwick, Rhode Island – Imagine skiing the Swiss Alps, playing a round of golf at St. Andrews, or relaxing on a beach in Fiji. In this economy such vacations are out of reach for many people. Now, Picerne Real Estate Group is launching a new rental promotion offering anyone who leases an apartment at any of its 21 market-rate properties the chance to win a $10,000 dream vacation package.
A chance to win The Picerne $10,000 Dream Vacation Getaway is available to anyone who signs a 1-year lease with the company between March 1, 2010 and August 31, 2010. Two packages will be awarded – one for those who are leasing with Picerne for the first time and a second for current residents who renew a lease for another year.
“We understand that many families in Rhode Island have had a difficult year and this giveaway is designed to award some rest and relaxation time to two local families,” said Cheryl Martin, vice president of Picerne Real Estate Group. “The winners of this contest will have the opportunity to plan their dream vacation to any destination worldwide and be able to enjoy themselves without having to worry about the costs.”
The package includes a $7,500 vacation package and $2,500 in cash that the winners can use as spending money on their vacation. In 2009, Picerne gave away a year of free housing to two families as part of a similar rental promotion valued at more than $20,000
.
