How do you encourage employee feedback?
Our associates meet with managers for official reviews, but at Baystate there is an open-door policy. We encourage each associate to speak up whenever they feel the need.
What’s the best way you call out special efforts by employees?
Each year, we honor the advisers and staff associates at a Black Tie Awards Gala held at the Fairmont Copley Hotel in Boston. Management honors those who continuously work hard, and associates celebrate their peers’ accomplishments.

Challenging. Rewarding. Motivated.
