What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We hold various activities for employees, including a Crazy Hat Day, a Crazy Sock Day, a Puzzle Challenge and some Nerf gun battles mixed in. We also hold a Dress Like You’re on a Zoom Call Day.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Our culture is built on the notion that our people perform at their best as one team from a desire to excel rather than a fear of failure.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? The firm rolled out a new wellness program to our employees to provide virtual health and nutrition services provided by licensed registered dietitians.
