How would you describe the culture of your workplace? At Yushin America, we consider our work environment as fast-paced, team-oriented and family first.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? Our first effort is always to promote from within. We encourage employees to continue their education and provide finical assistance.
Describe a new employee benefit(s) or initiative(s) your company has launched in the past 12 months. We have instituted multiple initiatives. First, we have increased the number of personal days our employees can take by 60%. Also, we increased our 401(k) match to help employees with their retirement savings. Lastly, we increased our dental allowance for our staff.
