Insurance agencies team up to support Edward King House Senior Center

MIDDLETOWN – In September, OceanPoint Insurance Agency donated $500 to Newport’s Edward King House Senior Center, which was matched by a $500 grant from The Selective Insurance Group Foundation.

The grant-funding will allow the senior center to continue to offer a place for seniors to interact and socialize.

Michele Dolliff, an OceanPoint Insurance account executive, said the company was “proud” to support the senior center.

“This organization provides much-needed programs to seniors living in our community and helps to enhance their overall quality of life,” she said.

Chuck Musilli, senior vice president, distribution strategies at The Selective Insurance Group Foundation, said the grant was made in an effort to give back to the community.
