InformationWeek lists Textron in top 500 innovators

Providence-based Textron Inc. (NYSE:TXT) announced it has been named to the InformationWeek 500, a listing of leading U.S. implementers of business technology.

It is the fourth year the company has been included in InformationWeek’s annual ranking. The international business technology journal selects companies based on demonstrated ability to evaluate emerging and mainstream technology, recognize opportunities for best fit and highest yield, and successfully implement the selected technologies throughout their business operations.
