Wembley to address management concerns

Owners of the Lincoln Greyhound Track, Wembley Plc, a U.K.-based greyhound
racing and gaming group, met shareholders yesterday to discuss
the roles of some senior members of management, the Financial
Times reported on its Web site, without saying where it got the
information.

Talks were held after Fidelity Investment Services and
Schroders Plc, the investment funds which together own 24.5
percent of Wembley, called for Claes Hultman, Wembley’s executive
chairman, to stand down, according to the newspaper.
The funds were reported by the FT to favor Neil Chisman, a
Wembley non-executive director, to take over from Hultman.
The gaming and racetrack group is facing three separate
lawsuits, two in America and one in Hong Kong, following
allegations of bribery by the U.S. government.
