Chief Justice to address senate

Chief Justice Frank J. Williams today at 4 p.m. will address the full Rhode Island Senate in what might be Rhode Island’s first ever State of the Judiciary Address.

Williams will provide a progress report on his efforts to address budgetary matters of security, infrastructure and technology as well as initiatives to make the courts more open, accessible, and user-friendly since his appointment to the high bench less than a year ago.
