Nasdaq delists Log On America

PROVIDENCE – Unable to meet the minimum standards set by Nasdaq, Log On America has been delisted by the Nasdaq National Market. The standards include net tangible assets, shareholders’ equity and market capitalization. As a result LOA stocks began trading on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board operated by Nasdaq. David R. Paolo, company chairman and chief executive officer, told the Providence Journal that the company planned to appeal the Nasdaq ruling.
