ebix.com signs seven new carriers

ebix.com Inc. has announced seven new carriers have signed agreements to provide auto insurance quote on the company’s Web site. Thirteen carriers are now signed up to provide quotes to auto insurance consumers, with the newest ones including Amica Home & Auto, Kemper, Response Insurance, Great American Insurance Company, Permanent General, Ashland and Instant Auto Insurance Company. ebix.com offers consumers access to over 1,000 agents representing nearly 2,000 different carriers, as well as 30 carriers quoting direct. The company was founded in 1976 as Delphi Information Systems.
