CINCINNATI (BUSINESS WIRE)– Convergys Corporation, a provider of outsourced, integrated billing and customer care services, said today that it has signed a five-year, $75 million contract renewal with Cox Communications, Inc, a national provider of broadband communications. The contract is for Convergys’ ICOMS (Integrated Communications Operations Management System), a convergent voice, video, and data billing and customer care solution for cable and broadband service providers.
Cox Communications was the beta test site for the newest version of ICOMS, ICOMS 4.5.
