Firehouse 13, a new arts space in Providence, is exhibiting the work of 28 artists who have received fellowship grants this year from R.I. State Council of the Arts.
Last Tuesday, it also hosted a ceremony to honor those artists and celebrate the council’s 40th anniversary.
