In her current role as Finite Scheduling Manager, a position she has held since 2021, she leads initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and scheduling precision at ARI. During her tenure, Amanda has played a key role in increasing plant production and capacity, including expanding the scheduling team from two to seven members to support daily manufacturing operations across two plants at the West Greenwich, RI site.
Amanda’s commitment to fostering strong relationships within her team has not only strengthened collaboration but also created an environment where individuals feel supported, empowered and encouraged to develop their skills. Watching her team members grow and succeed is a source of great pride for Amanda, reflecting her passion for nurturing talent and promoting a positive, productive workplace.
Prior to joining Amgen, Amanda began her career with Commissioning Agents Inc., where she gained hands-on experience across all phases of manufacturing while working on diverse projects at biotech companies throughout the northeast. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family – including her husband, son and two dogs – and friends.
