CARLY FERIAS launched her career at Amgen as a Manufacturing Associate, where she built strong technical expertise in biopharmaceutical production, particularly in purification. Her dedication and hands-on experience on the manufacturing floor led her to take on roles with increasing responsibility, both in operations and in supporting the manufacturing process.

In 2020, Carly joined Amgen’s Manufacturing of the Future (MoF) facility at the Rhode Island campus. She played a key leadership role in commissioning single-use technologies and contributed to the successful introduction of six new commercial products. Now a Manufacturing Manager, Carly brings her passion for mentorship and team collaboration to the forefront. She is committed to cultivating cross-functional support across teams and ensuring operational excellence as Amgen continues to deliver on its expanding pipeline.
Beyond work, Carly enjoys camping and traveling with her husband and their dog, embracing adventure and balance in her personal life.
