Amber Caulkins was recently named as Program Director for the College & University Research Collaborative (the Collaborative). The Collaborative is a statewide partnership for connecting public policy and academic research. Caulkins previously worked as the Communications Coordinator for the Rhode Island Technology Enhanced Science Project. An alumna of the University of Rhode Island, Caulkins graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.
