We have a weekly feedback report to ask everyone how they’re doing, how they feel and what help they need.
What one employee-centered initiative are you most proud of?
We have a standing employee-organized social committee that regularly plans employee appreciation events – such as bringing in masseuses, taking ski trips, or simply making the executive decision to end the workday early and have drinks and snacks in the cafeteria.
