How has COVID-19 impacted your work-life balance? Working out of one’s living room can be a nice change, but also has its challenges. I take more walks, my “office” is sunnier and my garden is happy with all the extra attention. But, it’s also harder to “log off” at the end of the day.

What is the best advice you have ever received? My mom recently texted me: “My only advice is to eat good, healthy food, sit in the sun every chance you can, buy flowers.”

Where do you see yourself in five years? Living anywhere close to the water in Rhode Island, [and] as the COO of Capital Good Fund while we’re busily expanding.

What is your greatest attribute that you bring to your job? I trust my team, and try my best to empower and support [them] rather than dictate [them]. My colleagues are talented and knowledgeable, and I trust their judgement and their ability to make intelligent decisions.
