Kurt A. Rocha is now an attorney at the Providence law firm of Higgins, Cavanagh & Cooney. He was previously associated with leading civil litigation law firms throughout New England. Earlier, he served as a law clerk for the R. I. Supreme Court Law Clerk Department. He is admitted in three jurisdictions: Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, and concentrates his practice in premises liability, personal injury defense, and insurance law. He received his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law, cum laude. He also earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in criminal justice from the same institution.
