What support programs has your company offered employees to help cope with the COVID-19 pandemic? We have offered outside consulting resources for employees to talk to for employee-assistance programs.
Does your company offer employees work-from-home options? Yes, currently our entire staff is working from home. Before the pandemic, we also offered work-from-home options for employees.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We supply each employee with ergonomic chairs and computer equipment. We also have provided standing desks to all employees who want one. We have a wellness board in our kitchen that supplies healthy eating tips, as well as recipes.
