LITTLE COMPTON – A shingled, Cape Cod house in the Warren’s Point area of Little Compton has sold for $1.35 million.

The house at 69 Warren’s Point Road is protected by conservation land to the south and has expansive, unobstructed views of Long Pond and the Atlantic Ocean, according to a description provided by Lila Delman Real Estate International, which represented the seller.

The three-bedroom house covers nearly 3,000 square feet and has a two-car garage and a whole-house generator. Built in 1935, the house sits on a 3.5-acre lot, according to online property information.

Significant renovations under the new owner are expected, according to a statement from Alex Thursby, a sales associate who represented the seller. Susan Gustavson, a broker associate with Lila Delman, also represented the seller.
