Brenda Booth is a Director in the Tax Group and a member of the Not-For-Profit & Education Practice. She has nearly 10 years of experience working with not-for-profit organizations in the education, health and human services, and cultural sectors. Brenda provides tax return preparation and review services, and a full range of tax consultation services benefitting educational and other 501(c)(3) organizations. She received her Bachelor of Science from Winona State University, and Master of Science in Accounting from Suffolk University.
Kevin Eagan is a Director in the Tax Group and has more than eight years of experience working with privately-owned and publicly-traded multi-state and multi-national companies. Kevin provides consolidated federal and state compliance services, ASC 740 consulting, transaction consulting, credits and incentives, and corporate formations services to companies in a variety of industries including technology, media, manufacturing and retail/wholesale. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts, and Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University.
Mike Godlewski is a Director in the Accounting and Auditing Group and a member of the Not-For-Profit & Education and Employee Benefit Plan Audit Practices. He has over 10 years of experience working with privately-held and public companies in the consulting, professional services, technology, real estate, manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, and publishing industries. Mike also has experience working with not-for-profit organizations. His experience includes managing audits, reviews and compilations of financial statements, assisting clients in analyzing and interpreting financial results and providing recommendations on internal controls, operational matters and accounting issues. Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University – New Brunswick.
Brad Jolie is a Director in the Tax Group and a member of the Public Company Tax Practice. He has nearly 10 years of experience providing tax services to private equity backed portfolio companies and publicly-traded multi-national companies, including extensive experience with ASC 740 implementation and provision outsourcing services to companies in the high-technology, software, manufacturing and life sciences industries.Brad received his Bachelor of Science from Bentley University.
Claudia Mullen is a Director in the Tax Group and has 14 years of experience both in-house at privately-owned companies and in public accounting. She provides tax consulting, planning and compliance services to multi-national publicly traded companies, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as C-corporations, partnerships and individuals. Claudia received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Economics as well as her Master of Arts in Business Management and Economics from the University of Kassel in Germany. In addition, she received her Master of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from INSEEC in Paris, France and her Master of Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology.
Elizabeth Redmond is a Director in the Accounting and Auditing Group and a member of the Not-For-Profit & Education Practice. She has eight years of experience providing audit services to not-for-profit organizations, including foundations, health and human services providers, educational institutions, and religious and cultural organizations. Elizabeth performs audits and reviews of financial statements, assists clients in analyzing and interpreting financial results, and consults on various related matters. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College, Master of Business Administration from Simmons College and a Certificate in Accounting from Salem State University.
