TAUNTON, Mass.– Circuit City has opened a new store on Taunton Depot Drive
here. Local dignitaries participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony last Wednesday
in anticipation of the "grand opening" of the store last Friday. The
Taunton store joins about 590 Circuit City superstores and 41 mall-based Circuit
City Express stores, the Richmond, Va.-based company reported.
