PROVIDENCE – Citizens Bank has named Patrick Bickers to lead its business capital team.
Bickers joined the Providence-based bank in 2014 after working at SunTrust Bank and CIT. He will head Citizens Business Capital, which provides asset-based loans to business clients.

He succeeds Chris Carmosino, who is leaving the bank “to pursue other opportunities,” according to Citizens.
“The Citizens Business Capital team has been very successful at bringing great ideas to clients and providing solutions that help them reach their potential,” said Donald H. McCree, vice chairman and head of commercial banking. “Pat is well-positioned to draw on his experience and network to bring thoughtful and tailored solutions to [clients].”
Citizens, the largest Rhode Island-based bank, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Citizens Financial Group Inc. with $152.3 billion in assets.
