PROVIDENCE – Citizens Financial Group Inc., the parent company for Rhode-Island-based Citizens Bank, received a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s 2021 Corporate Equality Index.
The annual scorecard evaluates companies for best practices in LGBTQ inclusion based upon policies, benefits and company culture. Of the 1,142 companies that “actively participated” in the 2021 survey, 767 earned a perfect, 100-point score, including Citizens.
