EAST PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island – August 16, 2019 – Creative Office Environments (COE), Rhode Island’s Haworth-based office furniture dealer, announced today it is now Environments at Work-Rhode Island (EAW-RI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Environments at Work (EAW). EAW and its affiliate, Integrated Interiors, are Boston-based firms which specialize in commercial furnishings, architectural products, and related services.
After over 50 years in the office furniture business, Ed Gillheeney, President of COE, has decided to retire. Louise Richer, General Manager and a founding member of COE, will now lead the team at EAW-RI. With over 25 years of industry knowledge, Louise’s operational expertise and administration experience make her a valuable addition to EAW leadership.
EAW is one of the largest dealerships nationally for industry leader, Haworth. With Haworth as EAW-RI’s primary manufacturer-partner, both organizations seek to establish a stronger presence and commitment to Rhode Island. EAW-RI will also represent hundreds of highly-respected manufacturers to complement Haworth’s family of products.
