CUMBERLAND – A 3,550-square-foot colonial with 2.4 acres of land in the woods of Cumberland recently sold for $1.1 million, according to Residential Properties Ltd., which represented the buyer in this transaction.

The 3 Rustic Lane home features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half-bathroom.

The real estate firm said this transaction marks the most expensive home sale to ever occur in the Lawrence Estates/Grants Mill neighborhood of Cumberland, citing records kept by the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service.

The two-story home, constructed in 2021, features an open floor plan on the first floor, with wide-plank hardwood flooring throughout, according to Residential Properties. The kitchen features an oversized island and a large pantry.

On the second floor, the master bedroom suite features a large bath, a walk-in closet, a sitting room and Lutron electric shades, according to Residential Properties. The two other bedrooms are also on the second floor.

The property comes with an attached three-car garage. The yard is also equipped with a lawn irrigation system, and the property is equipped with an exterior alarm and security cameras, the real estate firm said.

The property was most recently valued by Cumberland assessors in 2024 as being worth $964,200, with $226,100 of that attributed to the 2.4 acres of land, according to the town’s online property tax evaluation database.

Keri LaMontagne Croteau, of LaMontagne Real Estate, represented the seller, while Residential Properties sales associate Ted Bourque represented the buyer.

According to the warranty deed, a public record of the property sale, the home was sold by Michael Accaoui and Joslyeen Accaoui, of Cumberland, to Michael Rodensky.
