How do you encourage employee engagement?

Dryvit has an Employee Engagement Committee that helps to plan and execute company initiatives such as corporate outings, fundraisers to support our local and national charities, and holiday parties. All employees are welcome to join this committee.

How do you invite employee feedback?

First and foremost, Dryvit has an open-door policy. Every employee is accessible, from the president to the production workers on the line. In addition, Dryvit has a suggestion box where employees can submit their thoughts, ideas and challenges anonymously. n
