What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We hold various events and activities. Among them are monthly employee birthday celebrations, an end-of-summer outing, impromptu after-work gatherings and holiday-themed lunches.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We added a dedicated wellness room in 2019 to our office space. We hold an annual Wellness Week focused on the health and wellness of our entire staff. We also conduct monthly meditation sessions.
How do you support community service work by your employees? Multiple times a year we offer all employees the ability to participate in firm-sponsored community service initiatives.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? We always prefer to promote from within when our needs match the skills and experience of current employees.
