East Bay Toastmasters club (http://9556.toastmastersclubs.org), a part of Toastmasters International, which is a nonprofit organization dedicated to communication and leadership skill-building, recently installed new officers for 2012-13. The challenge to exceed the club’s achievements of previous years now rests in the hands of the new club President, Chuck Potter.
“Being a member of Toastmasters has helped me become successful in both my personal and professional lives. I truly believe in the Toastmasters program. It gives back so much to its members and community,” says Potter.

Potter was installed as president by outgoing East BayToastmasters club president, Jeanne Cox, during the group’s meeting on July 5.
Other newly elected officers include residents: Shae McWilliams, vice president education; Bob Chappell, vice president membership; Mitch Krzyzek secretary; Lynn Potter, treasurer; and Michael Durette and Agnes Rawnsley, sergeant at arms.
