Does your company offer employees work-from-home options? Yes. Employees can opt to work from home full time or part time on a permanent basis, except for a few positions that require the employee to be in the office to perform their job.
What role do diversity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? We formed a diverse working group to come up with a series of new initiatives that have resulted in an internship program being started to aid minority hiring. We also created a down payment assistance program to help increase homeownership amongst Black and brown people in the communities we serve.
