How do you think COVID-19 will change your industry going forward? For the PR, marketing and communications industry, COVID has highlighted the need to provide clear, informative and targeted communications. It’s critical, especially in times of public health and crisis, that we are reaching the right audiences with the right messages.

What is the best advice you have ever received? To always be authentic, building relationships are key, don’t be afraid to ask questions or share ideas, and never be afraid of a little (or a lot) of hard work.

What was your first job? My very first job was delivering newspapers.

What is your greatest attribute that you bring to your job? The greatest attributes I bring to my job are my ability and commitment to get things done, and my relationship-building skills.

What was your last Netflix or Amazon Prime binge watch? With a 6-year-old in the house, my TV is perpetually airing cartoons. However, I’m a huge fan of podcasts. For one-off series, I highly recommend “Unobscured” and “Murder in Oregon.” For ongoing series, you can never beat “Freakonomics.”

What is your favorite song? The Goo Goo Dolls song, “Slide.” There is a line in there, “What you feel is what you are, and what you are is beautiful.” Absolutely love it.
