Starting on May 16, 2015, you can find The Hope Street Farmers’ Market at Lippitt Park (at the intersection of Hope St. and Blackstone Blvd. in Providence’s East Side neighborhood) every Saturday from 9am-1pm through October 31,st and starting May 20, 2015, every Wednesday from 3pm-6pm through October 28, 2015.

On May 16th at 8:45AM, The Hope Street Farmers’ Market welcomes Mayor Jorge Elorza, Congressman David Cicilline, and Lieutenant Governor Daniel McKee in a special ceremony to kick off our 25th year! The market began in Kennedy Plaza in 1990, and then moved to Hope High School before finding our present home at Lippitt Park.
The Hope Street Farmers’ Market is not only a great place to purchase local produce and goods, but it is a place to start the day with family and friends. This year, we welcome new vendors: Humble Pie Company Fully Rooted, Inc. Hopkins Southdowns Tricycle Ice Cream Great Harvest Bread Company North Kingstown Hickory Hill Farm Olive del Mondo Providence RI Farm to Gold Fox Point Pickling Company. New Wednesday Market vendors include Dahlia’s at Phoenix Lucayda Farm. We also have a slew of rotating food trucks that include Rocket Fine Street Food, Gilded Tomato, Noble Knots, and Lotus Pepper. They join our over 60 established vendors!
This season, all sorts of wonderful things will be happening at the market! Beside our Opening Day Festivities, events including a Pie Recipe Contest, Dog Days of Summer, Children’s Entertainment, and a Halloween Costume Contest will be held!
