LONDON – Kabel Deutschland Holding AG said Ian West and the representatives of Providence Equity Partners John Hahn, Biswajit Subramanian and Robert Sudo will be leaving the supervisory board of the company, the company commented in an emailed statement Thursday.
They will resign their positions effective Oct. 31 and Annet Aris, Catherine Muehlemann, Paul Stodden and Torsten Winkler will succeed them.
