Danielle Karsch did it all as an administrative assistant for her former real estate agents, from marketing to transactions, which led to unrewarding burnout and limitations to her own brand. Now, those agents are her clients, as she works from home, operating as a self-employed virtual assistant under a newly founded company that’s named after herself in Hopkinton.
“The real estate market is still hot,” said Karsch, who has consistently been a virtual assistant to 17 different real estate agents since the pandemic hit in March. “And it can really only go up from here.”
While agents are busy conducting virtual open houses and planning for socially distanced tours, Karsch is building their digital brand, upping their social media game with creative content, drafting newsletters and coaching their office’s new hires.
Karsch also offers a la carte services that range from shaping an agent’s new email signature to handling their transaction coordination. She has clients in Rhode Island, and from New Hampshire to New Orleans.
