Kristen is a Managing Director in the Tax Group and a Co-Leader of the New England Private Equity Fund Practice. She has over 15 years of experience providing tax services to venture capital and private equity funds, portfolio companies, and publicly-traded multi-national companies in a variety of industries, including technology and pharmaceutical. Kristen has extensive experience assisting clients with federal, state, and international tax compliance and consulting services. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bridgewater State University and her Master of Business Administration from Providence College.
