How would you describe the culture of your workplace? We view ourselves as energetic and respectful. Our company’s culture is a family-like atmosphere.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We offer our employees generous time off and accommodations to personal situations they may have.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? We prefer promoting existing staff. Reason being is because we know what we’re getting and who they are. Sometimes outside sourcing is necessary, however.
