ROME – Lottomatica SpA, the Italy-based parent company of Providence’s GTECH, said in a statement on Monday that net income was near break-even for 2010.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization totaled 812 million euros for the year, the company said. The company plans to distribute a dividend on 2010 earnings in the form of shares.
