John Westwood, who has been with Mansfield Bank for six years, has been promoted to First Senior Vice President. In addition to serving as Chief Financial Officer, John will also oversee the Deposit Operations, Purchasing and Facilities functions of the bank. William Benford has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Team Leader Commercial Lending. With over three years at Mansfield Bank, he will be assisting in overseeing the Commercial Lending operation, with particular focus on new commercial loan originations. Currently, William resides in North Providence, Rhode Island.

Shanika Rogowski has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer following five years of service at Mansfield Bank. She will lead the bank’s revenue development efforts in the areas of residential lending, business services and retail products and services. Currently, Shanika resides in Mansfield, Massachusetts.
