William Benford has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Team Leader Commercial Lending. With over three years at Mansfield Bank, he will be assisting in overseeing the Commercial Lending operation, with particular focus on new commercial loan originations. Shanika Rogowski has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer following five years of service at Mansfield Bank. She will lead the bank’s revenue development efforts in the areas of residential lending, business services and retail products and services. Currently, Shanika resides in Mansfield, Massachusetts.
