What is the best advice you have ever received? Continue to invest in yourself because you control your destiny.
What moment changed your life more than any other? When my wife and I had our first child. Bringing a kid into this world changed my perspective in life and I noticed I was much more focused and driven.
What is your greatest attribute that you bring to your job? No matter how stressful the situation is, I try to always keep calm and to lead by example.
What is your favorite Rhode Island food or drink? It’s hard to top a hot, buttered lobster roll from the Breachway Grill and an ice-cold pint of Whalers Rise.
What does winning this award mean to you? This award means so much to me because it is a reminder that hard work pays off and that people take notice. I hope other young people can see that you can make a great career out of the restaurant industry.
What is your favorite song? “How Country Feels” by Randy Houser.
